Please contact us to arrange the return. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
We want you to be completely satisified with your purchase and that's why we offer our 14 day no quibble guarantee.
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, simply fill-in the returns form and call our customer service on 0800 999 5565 to arrange a return. We will then guide you through a stress-free returns process.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY REFUND WITHOUT A RETURNS FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR RETURNED PARCEL.
Due to the nature of the products, any items that have been opened or used may not be refunded. Washable products such as re-usable underwear and bedding cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us and delivery costs paid will not be refunded.
If your goods are damaged or faulty, you can return the goods to us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a full refund.
We will refund or exchange items upon receipt of the returned goods. If you want an exchange and need replacement items quickly then it might be faster to place a replacement order then receive a credit once goods are received.
Refunds will be issued within 7-14 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that we do not offer any exchange or refunds on washable goods or sample packs for hygiene reasons.
