We want you to be completely satisified with your purchase and that's why we offer our 90 day no quibble guarantee.
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, simply send back your goods unused in their original sealed packaging within 90 days for a full refund (due to the nature of the products, any items that have been opened or used may not be refunded). This guarantee does not affect your normal statutory rights.
Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us and delivery costs paid will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE ALL WASHABLE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR HYGIENE REASONS, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE PRODUCTS
We will refund or exchange items upon receipt of the returned goods. If you want an exchange and need replacement items quickly then it might be faster to place a replacement order then receive a credit once goods are received.
If the mistake is ours then we'll organise a swap over for the correct items.
Refunds will be issued within 7-14 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that we do not offer any exchange or refunds on washable goods for hygiene reasons.
