Buying incontinence products from Allanda couldn't be simpler - we understand the sensitive nature of incontinence and bladder weakness and therefore ensure that all aspects of your order are dealt with in a totally discreet and confidential manner. All online payments are through a secure payments provider to ensure your security at all times.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and that's why we offer our 14 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, simply send back your goods unused in their original sealed packaging within 14 days for a full refund. This excludes any postage fee that you've paid.

Please note that due to the nature of the products we sell, any items that have been opened or used may not be refunded - Washables items such as washable pants or pads cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

This guarantee does not affect your normal statutory rights. Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us.

Shopping On Our Website

Shopping online with Allanda can be done is straightforward:

  1. Click on the master category you are interested in the left hand "All Products" menu or the master category choices in the centre of the home page.
  2. A list of sub categories will appear in the centre (as well as under the master category in the left hand menu), click a category to bring up a list of products.
  3. You can filter the products selected using the filter options that appear at the top of the category.
  4. All absorbent items have an absorbency rating out of a total of 8 stars, the higher the number the greater the absorbency.
  5. Click on the item you are interested in to see full information.
  6. Select the quantity you wish to order then click on add to basket to add the item to your shopping basket.
  7. Alternatively just click on "Buy Now" to put the item straight into your basket.
  8. You will be then be shown the items currently in your shopping basket, if you wish to continue shopping click on the continue shopping button and then select another product or category. If you have finished shopping then click the checkout button to go to checkout.
  9. You will be asked to log in to your account or create an account so that we have your details for delivery.
  10. During registration you can register for VAT exemption if this is applicable.
  11. Once you have logged in or created an account you will be able taken to the checkout.
  12. Your can then select an existing billing and delivery address or select new addresses.
  13. Once you are happy with your order then select your preferred method of payment (see next section).
    During this process your shopping your basket will appear on the right hand side of the page.

To see your order or to go to checkout at any point simply click on "View All Basket Items" at the top of the page.

Paying By Debit or Credit Card

When you have finished your order, at the end of the checkout process select "Sage Pay - Secure Online Credit/Debit Card". This will then allow you to enter your card details into to our secure payment page, you can also choose if you wish to save your card details for future orders. Simply enter your card details and click on "Continue" to review your order before completion.

Once you've checked you're order simply click on "Submit Order" to complete your order. An email confirmation of payment and order receipt will be sent to the email address you have given us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

Paying By Telephone or Post

If you prefer to pay over the telephone or by post, then shop as normal but select the "pay by phone or post" option instead at the end checkout. Follow the instructions to print your order and then call us with your surname and order number or post your order to us enclosing payment. We will despatch your order upon receipt of cleared payment.

If you would prefer to buy from our catalogue then you can request a catalogue by clicking this link. Our catalogue contains the majority of our products but not all the products featured on our website as we are always adding new items.
