This means you will never have to worry about forgetting to order your products again. You will also receive a 10% discount on all future orders!

The service is entirely free to use. Our product prices may go up or down, however, by creating an auto re-order you will always benefit from your additional 10% discount.

When you activate your auto re-order, you will receive 10% discount on all subsequent re-orders. The 10% discount applies to products only and cannot be combined with any additional offer.

Your order will repeat based on the re-order frequency that you selected. Delivery will follow according to the shipping method chosen on your initial order. For example, if you first order on a Tuesday, select a 2-week frequency with economy delivery, then your order will repeat on Tuesday in 2 weeks’ time; your delivery will be made between Wednesday and Friday. When your card is about to expire, you will receive an email X week before, asking you to call us on 0800 999 5565 so we can update your new card details.

If your billing address changes, please contact us on 0800 999 5565 so we can update your payment information.

  2. Click ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of your auto re-order
  3. Under ‘Shipping information’ please click ‘Edit Address’.
  4. Click 'Update'
  5. This will be applied to your next re-order

  3. Under ‘Auto re-order information’ please select a new frequency in the dropdown.
  4. Click 'Update'.
  5. This will be applied to your next re-order.

  3. Under ‘re-order items’ please input a new quantity.
  4. Click 'Update'

Once you’ve placed your auto re-order, you can only modify the quantity of products you’ve added to this auto re-order. You cannot add or remove products from it. However, you can either pause or cancel your existing auto-reorder and create a new one with the products and quantity of your choice. What if I’m not home on the delivery day? If there are no specific delivery instructions, the courier will leave a calling card at your home. You can then telephone the local depot and either re-arrange the delivery or collect yourself from the depot.

If required, you are able to add a delivery instruction to your order. All subsequent auto re-orders will include the same delivery instruction.
