How to get in touch
If you happen to come across one of our products at a lower price on a competitor's website, claiming your price match refund is a simple process. Just send an email to price-match@allaboutincontinence.co.uk with the following information:
- Your order numbers
- Allanda's product code SKU
- The name of the competitor
- The price of the competitor's product
Once we verify that the competitor's price is indeed lower than ours, we will either match their price or refund the difference to you. Please note that the refund will be in the form of a voucher code, which can be used for any future purchase within the next 6 months.
Terms & Conditions
- Please be aware that we do not price match resellers, marketplaces, auction sites like eBay, Amazon factory outlets, home shopping networks, or liquidation sales.
- Our price match guarantee is applicable to brand new products only and does not cover used or reconditioned items.
- Pricing errors, as well as typographical errors, affiliate offers, voucher codes, gift vouchers, and other discounts, are not eligible for price matching.

- The competitor's product must be identical to ours, including brand, model, size, and other specifications.
- We only consider competitors based in the UK for price matching.
- The item being matched must be available for sale, in stock, and ready for immediate delivery or collection.
- We reserve the right to withdraw our price match guarantee at any time.
