How to get in touch

If you happen to come across one of our products at a lower price on a competitor's website, claiming your price match refund is a simple process. Just send an email to info@allaboutincontinence.co.uk with the following information:

  •  Your order numbers
  • Allanda's product code SKU
  • The name of the competitor
  • The price of the competitor's product

Once we verify that the competitor's price is indeed lower than ours, we will either match their price or refund the difference to you. Please note that the refund will be in the form of a voucher code, which can be used for any future purchase within the next 6 months.
