Designed for use with Insert Pads so that you can select the level of absorbency you require (recommended to use with DLU02 Insert Pads).

Incontinence pants, just like normal underwear with the additional security of a pouch to hold a disposable rectangular pad to give balance of comfort, confidence, discretion and ease of use. Internal pouch to hold your choice of disposable insert pad (see Disposable Insert Pads section - Insert Pad DLU02 recommended as best fit) giving flexibility of use. Made in the United Kingdom.
