To help you get your order even quicker than before we’re now able to ship orders same day (Monday -Friday) if received before 3pm now – making it faster for you to receive your order than ever.

Previously orders received up until 2pm where shipped same day, but with Allanda growing every month we’ve now expanded our customer services team and been joined by Victoria, Sara, James and Rehaan so we’re now able to handle more calls than ever (so you’re less likely to have to speak to our answerphone) and also able to handle later orders through our warehouse as well.

So whether you’re after incontinence pads, pants, bedding or just skincare products or gloves if you order up until 3pm we’ll get you order out same day (Monday to Friday).

And as all orders are shipped by first class post or 48hr carrier – you’ll receive your order within 2 days – 60% actually arrive next day!
